Booking Appointments

How to Book:

Appointments can be made through any of the following:

  • Online booking system (24/7 access)

  • Phone or text at [Phone Number]

  • In person at our front desk

We recommend booking at least 2–3 days in advance, especially for weekends or peak hours. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.

Reservation Policy:

A valid contact number is required to confirm your appointment.

For select services, we may request a $100 deposit to secure your booking. This will be applied to your final bill..

Arrival and Late Policy

Reminder:

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in, complete any necessary forms, and begin your session relaxed and on time.

If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened to avoid delays for the next guest. Full service charges still apply.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that life happens. However, we ask for your cooperation to respect our therapists’ time.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your session will result in a $100 fee or forfeiture of deposit.

No-Show Policy:

Guests who miss an appointment without notice will be considered a no-show and will be charged 100% of the service fee or have the session deducted from their membership/credit package.

Spa Etiquette

  • Please silence your phone and speak softly to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for everyone.

  • Only guests receiving treatments may remain in the treatment area.

  • We maintain a strict professional code of conduct. Any inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session and permanent banning from the spa.

Payment & Gratuity

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and scan-to-pay options.

  • Gratuities for your therapist are appreciated but not required. Typical tipping ranges from 10% to 20%.

Membership and Packages

  • Unused sessions roll over for up to 90 days (unless stated otherwise).

  • Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable but may be paused in special circumstances with management approval.

  • Yes! We offer spa packages that allow you to enjoy both services in one visit. It's a great way to relax and rejuvenate from head to toe.

  • Arrive with clean skin and stay hydrated. For massages, wear comfortable clothing and communicate any areas of tension or sensitivity to your therapist for a customized experience.

  • It’s totally fine if you’re coming from somewhere and have makeup on—we’ll cleanse your skin before starting. But if you can come fresh-faced, even better! It gives us more time to focus on your treatment.

  • That’s actually a compliment to us! Many clients drift off during their session—it means you're fully relaxed and your body is responding well. No need to feel awkward, we’ve seen it all!
