Booking Appointments

How to Book:

Appointments can be made through any of the following:

In person at our front desk

We recommend booking at least 2–3 days in advance, especially for weekends or peak hours. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.

Reservation Policy:

A valid contact number is required to confirm your appointment.

Arrival and Late Policy

Reminder:

We kindly ask that you arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in, complete any necessary forms, and begin your session relaxed and on time.
If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to ensure the next guest’s appointment begins promptly.
Full service charges will still apply.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that life happens. However, we kindly ask for your cooperation in respecting our therapists’ time and schedule.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

No-Show Policy:

Guests who miss an appointment without notice will be considered a no-show and will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee or have the session deducted from their membership or credit package.

Spa Etiquette

To ensure a calm and relaxing experience for everyone, we kindly ask that all guests observe the following.

Please silence your phone and speak softly to help maintain a peaceful atmosphere.
For the comfort and privacy of all clients, only guests receiving treatments may remain in the treatment area.
Respect the professional environment and the relaxation of others at all times.
Any inappropriate or disruptive behavior may result in the immediate end of the session and future appointments being declined.

Payment & Gratuity

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and scan-to-pay options.
Gratuities for your therapist are appreciated but not required. Typical gratuities range between 10% and 20%, based on your satisfaction.
