Hot Stone Massage

Heated basalt stones are placed and massaged over the body to encourage deep relaxation and promote energy flow. The warmth helps loosen muscles and calm the nervous system.

Massage FAQs

  • Each massage serves a different purpose. If you're looking to relax and de-stress, we recommend Swedish or Aromatherapy Massage. If you have muscle pain or tension, go for a Deep Tissue or Combination Massage. Not sure? Let us know your goals and we’ll guide you to the best option.

  • Your therapist will begin with a short consultation to understand your needs, pressure preferences, and any areas of concern. You’ll then undress to your comfort level and lie under a sheet—only the area being worked on will be exposed. The atmosphere will be quiet, warm, and relaxing.

  • No, only to your comfort level. Most clients undress down to their underwear or go fully undressed, but you’ll always be draped professionally for privacy. For certain treatments like Prenatal or Reflexology, you can remain partially clothed.

  • It’s entirely up to you. Some clients prefer to relax in silence, while others feel more comfortable talking. Feel free to communicate during the session—especially if you need a pressure adjustment or have questions.

  • You may feel some discomfort or “good pain” in tight areas, but it should never be unbearable. Always let your therapist know if the pressure is too much—they will adjust accordingly.

  • Yes—with some precautions. We offer Prenatal Massage for clients in their 2nd and 3rd trimester, performed by trained therapists using safe techniques and body positioning. Always consult your doctor before booking if you have a high-risk pregnancy.

  • Some post-massage soreness—especially after deep tissue work—is normal and should subside within 24–48 hours. Staying hydrated, applying a warm compress, and gentle stretching can help reduce discomfort.
